• Pickup from a General Post Service store: 2 euros (1-3 working days from the shipping date). In this case, you will pick up your order from the nearest General Post Service store.

• Shipping via Hellenic Post- Registered mail: 1 euro (3-5 business days from shipping date)

SHIPPING OPTIONS OUTSIDE OF GREECE:

• Registered mail via Hellenic Post: 8 euros (Europe: 7-15 business days from shipping date, America: 15-30 business days from shipping date)

We do not bear responsibility for any customs or taxes, as well as any delays in customs inspection.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you change your mind about your order after receiving the products, it is essential that you contact us at epheliagr@gmail.com or through the website's contact form. You can then return them within 14 calendar days at your own shipping cost and as long as the products have NOT been used or washed. Your purchase amount will be refunded after we receive the products and ascertain that they are in their original condition. 

• Order cancellations are accepted if asked within 24 hours of purchase.

• Exchanges are not available.

PRODUCT REPAIR
If any product purchased from us has been ripped or worn out, regardless of when it was purchased, you can contact us. If it can be repaired, we offer the service FREE OF CHARGE and you only assume the cost of shipping the product to us.
